Owl Eyes is operated by Sequenxa. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sequenxa regarding your use of the Service.
Description of Service
Owl Eyes provides identity verification services, including document verification, biometric matching, liveness detection, and related tools. The Service may be accessed via our website, API, or SDKs.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not use another person's account without permission
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Submit false or fraudulent verification requests
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Community Safety Network
The Community Safety Network is an optional feature where users can choose to have their verification data cross-referenced against international watchlists.
Voluntary Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary and does not affect verification results or functionality. Users may opt in or out at any time.
Developer Obligations
Developers integrating Owl Eyes agree to surface the standard consent UI to end users and not modify, hide, or bypass the consent flow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owl Eyes shall not be liable for any damages arising from false positive matches, actions taken by third parties, or inaccuracies in watchlist data.

Payment Terms
- Fees are charged per verification as displayed on our pricing page
- Payment is processed through our payment provider
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sequenxa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequenxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
